Caring for Your Cue Garments
We use a wide range of premium fabrics and construction techniques to create each piece—making proper care essential to preserving their quality. We recommend always checking the care label attached to your garment, as specific instructions may vary.
A Note on Steaming Viscose
Viscose is a beautiful but delicate fabric that can react unpredictably to moisture, including steam. You may notice care labels that read “DO NOT STEAM,” “LIGHT STEAM ONLY,” or “WARM IRON.” This is because viscose can shrink, stretch, or develop bubbling—particularly where the fabric is fused—when exposed to steam or water.
To help maintain the integrity of your viscose garments, we suggest hanging them overnight to allow creases to naturally fall out.
If steaming is necessary, ensure your steamer is fully heated before use. Hold the garment at least 25cm away from the steamer to deliver a gentle, even release of steam and minimise the risk of distortion.
